Tina Koskelo has been absorbed in the study and practice of yoga since 2000, becoming a Kripalu yoga teacher in 2004.

Subsequently, she was introduced to the non-dual wisdom teachings by Richard Miller, PhD and Joan Ruvinsky (both students of Jean Klein) when she began delving into the practice of yoga nidra.  She continues this immersion in the yoga of non-duality with Joan Ruvinsky.  (Pathless Yoga).

She is a co-translator of the text in the forthcoming book "Recognition of Our Own Heart",  by Joan Ruvinsky.    (forthcoming)

Tina is a certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher; a modern version of the ancient meditative practice of yoga nidra as developed by Richard Miller, PhD.

She is drawn to support people and families at end of life, and is a graduate of the Contemplative End of Life Care (Thanadoula) program at the Institute of Traditional Medicine.

Along with her love of sharing practices and dialogue, she can be found outdoors...in her canoe, or in the woods either on foot or skis.
